- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
- Issues with defective , incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an update via email/SMS once your refund has been initiated
- Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method, COD orders receive a refund in the HUNTDWN wallet or Coupon code.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of size. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
